VA 222 exit Waffle House

Keep driving!! The food was over cooked and we didn't get what we ordered so when we told the waitress she was real nice about it! The cook on the other hand was rude and VERY NASTY about it. Said we did not pay for it we don't get it. Then said we were not getting 10% taking off even though we didnt ask for it another waitress said that! Then the waitress informs us that the night shift grill cook is pretty much the boss, so the cook then calls who knows and then 15 foot away while on the phone says give them 10% off. I told her I wanted to talk to her boss she then hung up. As we leave the grill cook then starts on the waitress telling her she is at fault! The waitress was the only one trying to make things right because from the start the grill cook (older lady) was full of attitute from the start!!
